The donation for the hall and kitchen use is $550.00 per day and a cleaning damage deposit of $250.00 is required to hold the hall.  If the event is canceled within 30 days of the proposed date only $150.00 of the deposit will be returned. The deposit is refundable after inspection and the hall is clean, tables and chairs are in place and there is no damage.  Return of the deposit may take up to 30 days.  The contractor is responsible for cleaning and it must be finished by 12:00 noon the day following the event.  If desired we will have the hall cleaned.  The charge for this is $75.00 per hour.


Decorations are not to be hung from the ceiling or taped to the ceiling tiles.  Nails or tacks are not to be used on the walls.  All tape residues are to be removed from walls and floors.


A cash bar is available.  Alcoholic beverages may not be brought in or taken outside.  Violators will be charged on an individual basis.  No beverage of any kind may enter or leave the premises.  A violation of the beverage rules may result in the loss of the deposit.


One bonded security guard is required per 100 people, one each for front and back door.  Bar may not be opened until guards are present.  Guards will not allow alcoholic beverages to be carried in or out of the building.
